We thank you & appreciate your purchase with us. If you are not satisfied with your product you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange a product for another one.
The Refund and Cancellation will depend On the details provided below:
- Any refund cancellation sought by customer will be made within 7days of receipt only if the product being returned is in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. While in case of any damage there will be no return.
- Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it and notify you of the return and the refund status. If your refund is approved we will initiate the refund amount to the original method of payment.
- If the customer wants the refund for the hardware already installed in the vehicle, the following charges will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer: Wiring set-500 INR, Antenna GSM- 500 INR, Antenna GPS/GSM -500 INR, Sim card- 500 INR and Unistallation charges -500 INR.
- There would be no refund on the rental subscription.
